summary & notes: House and Cuddy ended a relationship together quite some time ago, they were both hurt by the fallout, and they both miss what they had and regret what they lost. While this isn't based on

cuddys_house, it's kind of inspired by in that what if House and Cuddy had a relationship and it fell to pieces. How would they be affected by that? I tried to put a lot of emphasis on nostalgia and them missing what they had by using lots of snapshots to capture moments in their relationship. The video starts off with House phoning Cuddy but she doesn't answer the phone. And the ending is deliberately ambiguous as to whether they work things out or not. Sheryl Crow's parts in the song is Cuddy, and Sting's parts in the song is House.

The snapshots were amazing. Fantastic. Love how it was in black and white and the split screen, especially in the beginning! I dunno why I love split screen so much, but I do. :P It was achingly sad and beautiful and I just wanted to reach out and hug them both.

Yeah, I love splitscreen, too. I guess because it can give the emotion of the vid more intimacy or something if you can see the two people side by side? idk

This is perfect House/Cuddy. House would freak out if Cuddy ever told him how she really felt about him and Cuddy seems to know he cares about her but not how much and she's left in the dark about how much he cares about her, leaving her with questions.

Yay. So bittersweet, which is the best flavor of House/Cuddy.

Isn't it just. They have their fun moments, but I think if they actually did have a relationship it would be tainted with a lot of difficulty and emotion.

I loved the parallel scenes end the reversal in the end when it's b/w turning to color instead of color fading to b/w like every time before! ♥

Possibly one of the only fanvids I've watched (and that number is low) that I haven't laughed at! In fact, I liked it... a lot! "Cinematography" was splendid, especially the switch-around where you faded TO saturation instead of desaturating the last clip. *claps* Bravo!

STING!!!! EFJQfhqKLCDfK!!! AND Damien Rice at the beginning. Wonderful. I loved the black and white photo close-ups, you captured their relationship beautifully. My absolute favorite part starts at 1:50 - the split screen and photos. Breathtaking.

Ha, yeah the Damien Rice was what played during that scene in 'Humpty Dumpty'. I thought about dubbing over that wth sound fx or dialogue from something else in the show, but decided it would look too cheesy if I did that.
