That video was so intense and jarring it actually made me feel physically uneasy. Which...is a compliment. Heh. Once again, gorgeous, gorgeous editing. The beginning was especially brilliant, and for some reason I keep thinking about the clip of Wilson dropping his head "you disappoint me". It resonated. Awesome job. Really, just...I loved it. I'm a little dumbstruck about it. Again, a good thing. Damn.

Intense, jarring and uneasy was totally what I was aiming for. So, yay! I wanted to really put forth House's frustration and anger and everything else that he feels about his condition.

My favorite part is 0:57-1:00, just stunning. ♥

That video filter that I used for 0;57 - 1;00 I found by complete accident! I was poking around in the programme, sussing out the different effects and stumbled across it and was all "ssod;g;ad'd''af d;g;sdg;'dg'" because I love that kind of effect. That bit is one of my favourites, too - both House and Cuddy look gorgeous in that scene.

This is the first House vid I've watched in ages and WOW! I think it's brilliant!! You've managed to capture the dark/uneasy/destructive part of their relationships really well.

i'm not one for over the top effects but it was very well done and matched perfect with the music. That was a fantastic song to chose. Enjoyed it alot but it was giving me a headache :P

You've gone and done it. You've got me addicted to your vids. I find myself scrolling through my flist and smiling gleefully everytime I see one of your vids on there. I went back and had a look at some of your other vids on youtube. Man, I have to say, your skills are better than some of the music videos I've seen. the way you can so skillfully apply meaning and context is just incredible, and your eye for detail is amazing. the syringe and the end, the way you handle the shifts in the timing, and even the cadence of the singer to some extent. And I can't get over the clarity and intesity you pull across.

Check out 'turn the lamp down low' by the tea party. Actually there are a few songs off 'edges of twilight' that could work, alot seem to be pretty esoteric, but there are some awesome guitar work and a really gravelly sound. There's also a few trakcs of 'Transmission' also by the Tea party that I think might be interesting to apply. Transmission seems to have a lot more.. restrained anger and rawness to it.

Damn, your work is just incredible. You have blown me away, once again :)

TICCY. OH MY GOD. ILU SO MUCH.

I've been waiting eagerly for this, and you delivered in a HUGE way! It's just... everything I always pictured when I heard this song. I love how you let the song lyrics interpret how Wilson and Cuddy feel about House, but also how House feels about himself. I've always thought this was the perfect House VS. himself VS. his leg song, but adding Wilson and Cuddy into the mix just made it all the more layered and depressing.

(That shot of House between 1:43 - 1:48 is GORGEOUS, gah.)

So, I listened to it a lot to become really familiar with it and began to form some ideas, and then whoo! The vid was then really easy to make, in that I knew exactly what I wanted to portray and how. And as for Wilson and Cuddy - TOTALLY. They are both such a huge, important part of House's life (and Stacy is, too), that it seemed wrong to leave them out of the picture because they're there every day with House and have seen him through the worst of his times.

Nicely done, dear. House coming in at a bad frequency is very appropriate--those video effects are an elegant touch (kind of Blade Runner-ish, you know?). And I love the look against the song--subtle vs. direct. House "says" so much of that with his being rather than his words, and you captured that nicely.

No idea how you do this. I remain happily dumbfounded. :)

Wow, this is the second time you have left me speechless in almost as many days. You videos are so brilliant. I love the style you have with this one, with the lines through it to make it look like a bad television reception or something along those lines. It was great. It gave the video a more intense feel. Yes! Intense was what I was after, and I wanted it to be gritty and unsettling and uneasy. I wanted the watcher to kind of be taken on a fast, hard journey through House's issues, lol.

And A Perfect Circle are awesome. They kind of remind me of Tool, another band I love.
